Our frames are uniquely fabricated from flat 11 gauge P&O plate. Pieces are laser cut so we are ensured of getting the same piece each time. Pieces are fit on rail jigs, square them and weld. All welds are then ground and inspected to verify that they have complete penetration and no porosity, sanded with 50 grit to prep it for finishing. The rails are placed into a rotisserie frame fixture and tack welded to the fixture to eliminate movement while the frame is constructed and T.I.G. welded. Many options are available for your completed chassis.

Unboxed '33-'34 Stamped Rails
Do it yourself. These stamped rails come with the rear "C" notched, so you can square, box , weld and grind them. $795

'33-34 Boxed Frame Rails
Rails are squared and welded on a rail fixture to insure the curvature is correct. Stamped from 11 gauge P&O plate steel. Weld nuts welded to inside of frame rail. $1,800
'33-34 Perimeter Frame
4 piece rail design, all mounting nuts welded inside frame rails, front spring cross member, center tubular cross member, removable transmission mount, rear coil over support bar. $3,895
'33-34 Basic Frame
Perimeter frame, upper front shock towers, front panhard bracket, SBC-SBF engine mounts, Vega steering box mount, front 4 bar or hairpin mounts, manual master cylinder mount, rear triangulated 4 bar mounts. T.I.G. welded for superior strength and professional appearance. $5,450
'33-34 Complete Rolling Chassis with Straight Axle
Comes standard with complete hub to hub 4" drop tube or I beam front axle, front 4 bar or hair pin, front panhard bar, cross steering complete with new Vega steering box all plain steel. Front GM metric disc brakes, engine mounts (SBC, SBF), manual master cylinder mount, brake pedal, rear triangulated 4 bar, new 9" Ford housing with axles (28 or 31 spline, does not come with 3rd member), 10" drum brakes, rear adjustable coil over shocks, both have all required mounting nuts welded inside the frame rails. $10,650
