Welding Set of Rails

Each rail is clamped into its own welding fixture to hold the shape of the rail. Removing rails from fixture to be Ground.

Grinding Rails

Each Rail is ground to a 50 Grit Finish. 

Manufacturing Parts

All Suspension Parts are TIG Welded.

Completed Perimeter Frame

Perimeter Frame ready for the Components and Suspension.
