35 - 40 Ford Chassis
Frames are uniquely fabricated from flat 11 gauge P&O steel plate. Pieces are laser cut then fit on rail jigs, square them and weld. All welds are ground and inspected to verify that they have complete penetration and no porosity. They are then sanded with 50 grit to prep it for finishing. The rails are placed into a rotisserie frame fixture and tack welded to the fixture to eliminate movement while the frame is constructed and T.I.G. welded.

Boxed and squared 4 piece rails, Heidt's Mustang II front cross member with hats, center tubular cross member with removable trans mount, and rear shock support bar. Rails are set into a frame fixture and tack welded after being leveled both horizontally and vertically while T.I.G. welding frame together. $4,290
